Day 1
Laze around the pool, enjoy the hotel facilities and activities. Have a relaxing dinner at Le Jardin Restaurant.
Day 2:
Visit Port Louis, the Capital. Take a trip Port Louis Market where stalls are piled high with juicy tropical fruits and vegetables , sample street food , discover local craft. For a bit of shopping head towards Le Caudan Waterfront or simply stroll along the busy streets and local shops. If you are visiting the Capital on a Saturday, then it is worth heading towards Le Champs de Mars racecourse, which is the oldest racing track in the southern hemisphere. Leave the bustle of the city and head towards the Pamplemousses Botanical garden where giant water lilies can be admired as well as some 500 species of flora.
Day 3:
Uncover all the activities that the hotel has to offer. Sample local produce and cuisine at the Rum Shed whilst tasting our homemade flavoured rum.
Day 4:
Discover the wild South: Black River Gorges, Grand Bassin sacred lake, Alexandra Falls, Chamarel Seven coloured earth, discovery the history of rum and taste the different rums at La Rhumerie de Chamarel
